How do I add a new pet?
Open PetFiles, tap the "+" button on the home screen, and follow the prompts. You can add a photo, name, breed, birth date, and other details. Your pet profile will be ready in seconds.
How do I set up vaccination reminders?
Go to your pet's profile, tap "Vaccinations," and add a vaccination record. PetFiles will automatically calculate when the next dose is due and send you a reminder notification.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Open PetFiles, go to Settings, and tap "Upgrade to Premium." You can choose between monthly ($4.99/month) and annual ($49.99/year) plans. Payment is handled securely through your App Store account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PetFiles → Cancel. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open PetFiles, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. Data stored only on your device will be removed when you uninstall the app. If you need help, email owner@waywardsonsoftware.com.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
